Gardening is a trial and error and every state is different. My husband and I are not expert gardeners but we learned through the years about what to plant that thrives in the extreme weather of Colorado.

In Colorado, there are three seasons to enjoy a garden; spring, summer and fall. When spring bulbs start to come out and bloom, it is a welcome sight. Like a rainbow after a rain. As summer approaches, then it gets wild. An explosion of color starts to pop up everywhere. That's when we enjoy the fruit of our labor. Then summer seems to fly by and the next thing we know autumn is here!

Visitors in our Garden
Having a garden, you get to enjoy watching the bees, butterflies and birds flying, buzzing and fluttering all over the yard. You will learn what flowers they love and what time to expect them to appear, and that's what we look forward to every year.
